MOOC for HR Trainers

The OPENWORK MOOC for HR trainers consists of four modules:
- Module 1: Diversity and Inclusion Concepts in the Workplace: definition of the term “Diversity & Inclusion”, why it is important for the modern workplace, introduction to EU Strategies regarding inclusion in the workplace
- Module 2: Best Practices for Forming diverse and inclusive teams and organizational cultures: hiring for diversity and inclusion, measuring diversity and inclusion in the workplace, planning training and coaching interventions
- Module 3: Essential soft skills for inclusive teams: empathetic leadership, communication skills, emotional intelligence
- Module 4: The Adult Educator for the 21st Century: key skills needed the adult trainers to possess for serving adult education
Tutors
Dimitra Zervaki
Dimitra Zervaki acting as Entrepreneur and Business/Executive/Personal Coach, consults,
trains
and manages brands so as to find their Vantage Angle, their ideal action viewpoint. She holds a
Bachelor’s Degree in the Science of Agriculture and a Master’s in Business Administration (Executive
MBA). She is a Certified Project Manager (Project Management Professional-PMP), as well as Trainer
(Train the Trainer Certification) and as Trainer for Adults of Non-formal Education (EOPPEP). She has
more than 20 years of professional experience in the organization & strategic development of
organizations/enterprises and start-ups, in developing and managing Projects/Programmes, in the
organization, educational material development and facilitation of Vocational Education & Adult Training
Courses in the fields of Business Administration, Business Development, Project Management, DEI at the
workplace, Soft/Social Skills Development, Agri-Entrepreneurship and in the field of Information
Technology, Digital Marketing and Train the Trainers using also e-learning environments. She has taken
part in national and international congresses, workshops, events as speaker/trainer and as a part of the
organizing committee. She speaks English, German, French and Arabic.
Dimitrios Moschos
Dimitrios Moschos holds a BA in International and European Studies and a MA in East
European Studies. He
has been a fellow of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) at the Higher School of Economics,
where he completed an advanced academic module on International Business, and he has a long work
experience in various cultural contexts. Mr. Moschos has worked as internationalisation coordinator in
higher education institutions in Germany and has been a tutor and researcher at a Greek-Israeli Jean
Monnet Centre of Excellence. As a freelance consultant, he has assisted UNDP parliamentary development
projects across the globe.
